I am particularly skilled in the areas of: life transitions, relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, work/life balance, grief, loss, and personal growth/development. I am a certified counselor with the British Columbia College of Social Workers and want to help individuals and couples/families work through difficult moments and stay connected, I have been doing this since 2007. I am a Gottman Trained Level 3 therapist and I continue to enhance my skills by taking courses and staying current with new research. I am passionate about what I do!

I have a diverse background that includes years of working as a health care social worker, prior to that I was working as a social worker in the child development center. I have a passion for working with people and helping them achieve their full potential.
